Dr. Alexandra Sexton and Emilie Mathian presented two posters at the 5th International Cancer Symposium of the Lyon Cancer Research Center (CRCL), on mesothelioma and neuroendocrine carcoids of the lung, respectively. Alexandra’s poster entitled « Disentangling heterogeneity of malignant pleural mesothelioma through deep integrative omics analyses », presents our paper of the same name recently accepted in Nature genomics . Emilie presented a poster entitled « Reconciling histological and molecular classifications of lung carcinoids via deep learning methods », highlighting preliminary research around artificial intelligence and carcinoids.
