Laurane Mangé is a Master student in Bioinformatics and Modelling from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA Lyon). She will be working for 6 months with Nicolas Alcala on the genomic evolution of tumor phenotypes and on single-cell transcriptomics of malignant pleural mesothelioma. 

Maike Morrison is a PhD student in Biology from the Rosenberg lab in Stanford University. She is visiting the team for a month and a half to adapt a recent statistical method she developed with Nicolas (Morrison et al. Mol Ecol Res 2022) to assess the variability of intra- and inter-patient tumor heterogeneity.
